Refund & Return Policy

We truly hope you’ll love your Calivra Craft embroidery kit — but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.

Here’s our friendly return policy:

• You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your kit

• Kits must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

• Buyer covers return postage

• A small 20% restocking fee applies to help cover packaging and preparation

Not eligible for return:

• Final sale items

• Personalised kits

• Opened or used kits

We handle each return with care and compassion — because we get it, sometimes things just don’t fit. To start a return, email info@calivracraft.co.uk with your order number and reason.
